SEVIER COUNTY, TN — Logan Baker’s campaign for Sevier County Clerk is proud to announce the endorsement of respected community and tourism leader Mark Adams, current CEO of Ober/East TN Partners.

Adams brings years of leadership experience in Sevier County and East Tennessee, including his previous role as President and CEO of the Gatlinburg Convention and Visitors Bureau. His long record of service and commitment to the region has made him a trusted voice on what helps Sevier County thrive.

In announcing his endorsement, Adams said:

“I strongly support Logan Baker for County Clerk. His attention to detail and dedication to transparency ensure that vital records are handled accurately and securely, while his forward-thinking approach to modernizing office systems will make services more accessible for everyone in the community. What sets Logan apart is his willingness to listen and respond to residents’ needs, treating every interaction with professionalism and respect. This is exactly the kind of leadership our county deserves in a role that touches so many aspects of daily life.”

Baker said he is honored to have the support of someone who has spent years helping grow Sevier County’s economy and strengthen its reputation across the state.

“Mark Adams understands service, leadership, and what it takes to keep Sevier County moving forward,” Baker said. “I’m grateful for his confidence in our campaign and our vision to build a County Clerk’s office that is more accessible, efficient, and centered on serving our neighbors.”

Baker’s campaign has focused on improving customer service, expanding access and convenience, modernizing technology and communication systems, and creating a workplace culture where employees feel supported and empowered to serve the public well.

“As County Clerk, this office should belong to the people,” Baker added. “My goal is simple: serve our neighbors with humility, professionalism, and results.”
